Fixed fee, fixed scope, published up front.
You'll get a written scope and a number before we start, and the number doesn't move unless you ask for something outside it. Below is what each engagement includes and roughly what it costs. Where we quote a range, it depends on the number of systems and staff, and we'll tell you where you sit in that range on the first call.

If you're not sure this applies to you at all
Start with the free readiness check, or book the call. Both are free and both can end with us telling you that you don't need us. If you want that answer in writing and in detail — something you can put in front of a partner, a board or an insurer — that's the $750 privacy health check.
If you know you need to fix this
Privacy foundations. Four weeks, one fee, and at the end you have a documented program: data map, gap assessment, privacy policy, collection notices, breach response plan, retention schedule and a trained team. It's a complete piece of work that stands on its own — there's no obligation to keep us on afterwards.
If you want it to stay current
ComplyHub annual bundles foundations with twelve months of maintenance and works out cheaper than buying them separately. Privacy programs decay: staff turn over, systems get added, and the rules change twice a year. The 10 December 2026 automated decision-making obligations are a live example — annual clients get that handled as part of the subscription rather than as a new project.
If someone else already built your program
We'll take it on. There's a one-off assessment first ($1,500) so we know what we're maintaining and aren't signing our name to something we haven't read. After that it's the standard monthly rate.
Payment
Straightforward terms.
Foundations is billed 50% at signing and 50% at handover. Annual can be paid upfront or split across the year — we'll set out both on the quote. Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance with 30 days' notice to cancel; no minimum term, no exit fee.
All prices exclude GST. Prices shown are current list prices and we'll confirm your figure in writing before you commit to anything.
